This Privacy Policy applies to the Sound Palette mobile application and related services operated by Emilia Sledzik (the “Service Provider”).
Private listening by design
Compare sound, not people.
Sound Palette is built for audio comparison sessions, quick ratings, presets, and listening experiments without creating a profile about you. The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information through normal use.
Collection
What Sound Palette does not collect
The Application does not collect personal information from normal app use. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not create a remote user account or cloud profile.
Comparison sessions, ratings, presets, selected audio modes, recent sessions, and similar in-app activity are not collected by the Service Provider.
Audio
Listening activity
Sound Palette does not use your listening choices to build advertising or behavioral profiles. Audio comparison choices remain local to the app experience and are not stored by the Service Provider.
Location
Location and cross-app tracking
The Application does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other apps or websites.
Sharing
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Data Retention
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, listening comparisons, saved presets, ratings, recent sessions, or session history.
Retention period for personal data collected by Sound Palette: none. Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal app use.
Deletion

There is no server-side personal data to delete because Sound Palette does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.
Local data stays under your control. If app preferences, presets, ratings, or session information are stored locally on your device, you can remove them using the Application’s controls, your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling Sound Palette.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to [email protected].
Network
Network communication
If the Application accesses an online resource, ordinary internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for profiling, advertising, or tracking.
Children
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.
Security
Security approach
A local-first design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Updates
Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
